Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please make sure that you've carefully read the service description before making a purchase. Returns only accepted of products purchased from runelist.io. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributers. 

Please contact Sander (discord: Sander#6152) or email [email protected] if you want a refund. Don't chargeback yourself. 

RuneList also offers a trial-period for memberships, please contact any administrator/manager.
