I'm making the first transitional step into owning & managing my first RSPS. I know that custom servers are the way forward, and I'm looking to invest into this in the next week or so. 
I'll be bringing my own team with me. I'll be hiring freelance dev's, which eventually will join me as lead developer along with chosen partners. I won't mention how much I'm willing to invest, however if you have a source that you believe will fit my requirements then I'll consider.

I'm searching for an RSPS server that is similar to the linked server below.

Unfortunately the owner of the server isn't willing to sell me a copy.  I mainly want to use it for single player use but might have intentions to hire dev to work on it so eventually can upload to play with close friends.
 
If anyone can link me a server similar, I am willing to pay for it or have one developed that is similar.
Please contact me if anyone could make a similar like this!

This is based of and works how the RuneLite Launcher works.
 
Perks:
Add as many dependancies to your client without worrying about a huge client - this launcher downloads all deps seperately and runs client with them.
Drawbacks:
Having to manage a JSON file, easy though

Implementing RuneLite api's: $10-40/api, depending how long it will take
Implementing RuneLite Events: $10-50 depending how long it will take
Doing the above snippet for you: $30
Implementing a plugin for you: $10-300, depending what events/api's need implementing and how long it will take the genuinely implement the plugin

Used to sell a half-ass version of this, however this implementation is proper.
 
Note that this does not come with all runelite hooks implemented, meaning some plugins may not work. If you require more api's implemented or a specific plugin once this is done it will cost extra.
 
This service can usually be completed in around 4 days, however I will be listing it as a 7day service to relieve some pressure and give me time to do it properly.
